Experiences in pulp mould  

Our mould department has more than 16 years of experiences in pulp mould,   including both industrial pulp packaging mould and food packaging mould, is  serving most of Chinese biodegradable pulp factories in Southwest and east  of China. 

Production mould material choose 

Pulp production moulds are made of aluminum or copper. The aluminum material  we use is with higher rigidity, and a good heat  conductivity.  

Production mould lead time

 It takes10 to 15days for onemould process ,duplicate mould order, normally  takes extra 3 to 4 days for the 2ndmould.  Moulds will have a trial running prior to  its delivery, we will arrange delivery upon the receipt of customer’s approval of  the samples  produced by its mould.  

Prototype and sample order  

Prototype is vital for a new market or business.It takes 7 days for a prototype,  including its mould process and its sampling. We accept small qty order,qty from  1pcs to 20,000pcs.

Ater trial running,each mould we will offer an analysis technical sheet for you, including the suggest weight,estimate carton size, suitable packaging qty etc, which are the key factors for product quotation and cost estimate.
